SAFETY TAKEN SERIOUSLY
Low acid vegetables, meat and vegetables in oil are risky. This app says so plainly: recipes that need a pressure canner state it clearly instead of presenting a long boiling water bath as if it were safe. There is a dedicated page on botulism, the acidity threshold and warning signs on a jar.

NO INTERNET, NO ACCOUNT
Everything is contained in the app and works offline. No sign up, no ads, no tracking. Your data stays on your device.

Deliberately not included: smoking, freezing, spinach and chard.
