## Description

GCLogistics is the operations platform for road freight in Georgia and the wider
Caucasus corridor. Carriers, shippers and drivers work in one system — from the
first load posting to the signed proof of delivery.

FOR CARRIERS
• Browse the load marketplace and place bids
• Filter the board by cargo type and payment terms, or search it by reference,
  city and description
• Post your own loads and offer spare truck capacity
• Manage drivers, vehicles, trailers and their documents and expiry dates
• Follow every active shipment live on the map

FOR SHIPPERS
• Post a load and compare the bids that come in
• Track your cargo in real time from pickup to delivery
• Receive documents — CMR, waybills, invoices — as they are issued
• Sign the e-CMR and see the proof of delivery the driver captured

FOR DRIVERS
• Your assigned trips, with every stop and document on one screen
• Advance the trip status from pickup through customs to delivery
• Capture proof of delivery with the camera and sign the e-CMR on the phone
• Voice messages with dispatch — no typing at the wheel
• Border-crossing queues, route weather and fuel prices along the way

LIVE TRACKING, AND EXACTLY WHEN
A shipment is only useful to the people waiting for it if they can see where it
is. While a trip is under way, GCLogistics sends the driver's location to the
two parties of that shipment — the carrier's dispatcher and the cargo owner — so
they can follow the truck and estimate arrival, and so a delay at a border is
visible rather than discovered on delivery day.

That requires location in the BACKGROUND: a truck runs for hours with the phone
in a cradle and the screen off, and the position is worth nothing if it stops
the moment the driver locks the phone.

It is deliberately narrow:
• Only drivers. Carrier and shipper office staff use the same app and their
  location is never requested and never sent.
• Only during a shipment. Tracking starts when a load is assigned to that driver
  and stops automatically at delivery — never before, never after.
• The driver is told what is collected and why before the phone ever asks for
  permission, and can decline.

• Automatic customs-corridor checks and cargo-insurance handling

GCLogistics accounts belong to companies. Subscriptions are invoiced
business-to-business and managed on the web portal by the company's account
owner; the app itself sells nothing and contains no purchase flow.
