## Description

Doorway is TicketFi's event-day check-in app for event organizers, venues, promoters, and their teams. Any organizer can create a TicketFi account at https://auth.ticketfi.ai/sign-up?persona=organizer, create or join an organization, and use Doorway for events managed on TicketFi.

Every admission validates against the live guest list, so duplicate and invalid tickets are caught at the door. If connectivity drops, Doorway preserves completed waiver work safely on the device and makes the connection status clear; admissions resume after server confirmation when the connection returns.

Beyond the scanner:
- Guest list: search by name, ticket type, or code, and check attendees in manually when a phone won't scan
- Live stats: watch checked-in totals and capacity fill in real time as the event runs
- Multi-event support: switch between the events your team is operating tonight without signing out

Doorway serves independent event businesses and teams using TicketFi; it is not an internal employee app or limited to a closed list of organizations. Sign-in is required to protect attendee and ticket data. Organization administrators can invite authorized team members to help run their events.
