MiLa Chat translates messages right on your device using Apple's on-device technology. Nothing is sent to a server to be translated, it works offline, and it costs nothing.

Read — incoming messages in another language appear in yours. One tap shows the original.

Write — as you type, you see the translation into your recipient's language, and you can edit it before sending.

Listen — turn a voice message into text with one tap, then that text gets translated too. A Japanese voice note becomes readable in your language.

Note: translation and transcription require iOS 18 or later. Older devices get full messaging, calling and voice messages.
