YOUR COACH
Meet Coach. He learns your goal, your gym, and your days, then builds a weightlifting program around them. Chat with him in the app or over text. He remembers what you tell him. The longer you train together, the better he knows you.

SAY YOUR SETS
Log with your voice. Say 225 for 8 between sets and it lands in your log, parsed and saved. No typing with chalk on your hands.

A REAL PROGRAM
Progressive overload calculated every week. Deloads when your body needs them. Smart swaps that respect the movement when a rack is taken or something hurts. Never a random workout.

A STREAK THAT IS FAIR
Your streak counts planned days only. Rest days never break it. Show up when you said you would and watch it grow.

THE CLUB
Weekly leagues of thirty lifters. Workouts post automatically, real work only. No comments, one reaction. Top ten advance. Records get witnessed.
