Hippocampus Scan is the event app for education institutions. Scan visitors and prospective students with your phone — and every scan lands in the right dashboard. The app has two modules: Entry Scan and Lead Scan. 

With Entry Scan you handle access: scan visitors at the entrance of an open day, a lecture hall or any other event. These scans land straight in your Hippocampus dashboard. With Lead Scan you collect leads at the fair: scan the prospective students who visit your stand, add a note on the spot and assign quick labels for sharper follow-up. These leads first appear in your event dashboard, ready to follow up through your mailflows.
