AcadPad Manager works for any cricket academy — create your own academy
account in the app and start managing your own players, staff, and finances
in minutes

PLAYERS & PARENTS
• Full player profiles with photo, age category, batch, and status
• One parent, many children — linked automatically when you add a player
• Global search across players, parents, and teams

FEES
• Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, or custom fee plans
• Dues generate automatically on your academy's due day
• Record payments, waive dues with a reason, and issue receipts
• Pending-fee and collection reports, ready to share on WhatsApp

WALLET
• Every player has a wallet with a complete, append-only ledger
• Match fees are reserved when a player is selected and charged only when
  the match is actually played
• Top up, adjust, and review every credit and debit with running balances

MATCHES & TEAMS
• Create matches, build teams by age category, set captain and vice-captain
• The selection screen shows each player's wallet balance, age eligibility,
  and overdue status as you pick
• Confirm the final playing XI on completion, so squad changes never cause
  refund churn

ATTENDANCE & PERFORMANCE
• Mark attendance for a whole batch in one pass
• Record batting, bowling, and fielding performance per match
• Per-player aggregates and attendance summaries

ROLES
Separate dashboards and permissions for Super Admin, Admin, Coach, and
Accountant. Coaches do not see finance. Accountants do not pick teams.
