The free version gives you the live UV index, your burn-time estimate, and one tracked session per week. Shade Plus unlocks unlimited
sessions, your full exposure history and trends, vitamin D estimates, and session controls on Apple Watch.

Shade Plus is an auto-renewing annual subscription. You can start with a free 7-day trial or a reduced first month; after that it renews yearly at the standard price. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account
is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after
purchase.

UV and weather data comes from Apple Weather. Burn-time estimates follow WHO UV Index public guidance and standard Fitzpatrick minimal
erythemal dose values, shown as ranges because skin, altitude, reflection and medication all shift the real answer.

Shade is an informational tool, not a medical device, and it can't promise you won't burn. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent anything. For
any concern about your skin, talk to a dermatologist.

Your location is used to fetch UV data and never leaves your device except as a coordinate sent to Apple Weather. There is no account and no
sign-up.
