## Description

How many photos are on your phone? Fifteen thousand? Thirty? Nobody counts until the storage warning appears — and then you delete three random videos and the problem comes back next month.

DelSwap breaks it into pieces you can actually finish.

SWIPE AND MOVE ON
One photo, two directions. Right to keep, left to bin. No lists, no checkboxes, no wondering where you left off. The card flies away and the next one is already loaded — no waiting.

MONTH BY MONTH
Your library is split into months, each with its own progress bar. You do not have to finish in one sitting: ten minutes in a queue, twenty on a train. The app remembers the exact photo you stopped at.

RECLAIM SPACE AS YOU GO
You do not have to finish a month before anything disappears. Open the review tray at any point, see how much space is waiting to be freed, and delete with one button. Reviewing continues from the same spot.

CHANGE YOUR MIND
The tray shows everything you have judged, outlined in green or red. Tap to flip a decision. Long-press to jump back to that exact photo. Nothing is deleted until you confirm — and even then it lands in Recently Deleted, where you have 30 days to reconsider.

TWO SIMILAR SHOTS? SEE THEM SIDE BY SIDE
A burst of ten near-identical frames is the classic case. Compare mode puts the current photo next to the previous or next one, shows resolution and file size, and lets you keep the better one and bin the other in a single tap.

LOOK BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Videos play inside the card, looped and muted. Pinch or double-tap to zoom into a photo — sometimes you need to check whether everyone's eyes were open. Long-press reveals date, dimensions and file size.

NO CLOUD, NO ACCOUNTS, NO TRACKING
DelSwap has no sign-in, sends your photos to no server and collects nothing about you. Everything happens on your device. There are no ads and no analytics, because there is nothing to analyse.

WHO IT IS FOR
Anyone carrying eight years of backlog: 400 photos from one wedding, screenshots from three years ago, videos recorded by accident inside a pocket. And anyone who has tried tidying up in the Photos app and given up after twenty minutes.
