## Description

Scan tags and badges, add gateways and beacons, and record head counts on site. Log in with a QR code, and work offline with automatic upload when you're back online.

Crowd Connected Events is the field app for event and venue teams. It handles on-site setup, scanning, and reporting, and it keeps working when the venue Wi-Fi doesn't.

LOG IN BY SCANNING
No usernames or passwords to type. Scan a QR code and you're in. Setting up a second device? Pass your login and app settings across in seconds by scanning a code from the first one.

SET UP THE VENUE
• Add gateways and set their location in a few taps
• Add beacons to places, and mark each place as enclosed or open
• Keep your places list organised and searchable

RUN THE DAY
• Pair attendee badges with tags
• Scan badges into a session, tied to a place, with uploads handled in the background
• Record head counts by place and time
• Sweep a batch of tags and email the list

CHECK BEFORE YOU COMMIT
• Check whether a tag is active and paired before it goes on a lanyard
• Review everything this device has done, and export the history for your records

BUILT FOR EVENTS
• Works offline. A banner tells you when the connection drops, and queued scans upload the moment connectivity returns
• Tag detection keeps tag status fresh while the app is open
• Dark mode, sound and haptics, and per-feature auto-continue, tuned for one-handed use
