1. Pick the apps you want to use more intentionally.
2. Walk. StepLock reads your step count from Apple Health.
3. Validated steps fill a shared screen-time balance.
4. When the balance hits zero, those apps lock until you earn more.
5. Walk again to grow the balance and keep using them on purpose.
