View key hotel performance and operational data from your authorized Lobby PMS installation—anytime, from your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

Lobby Snapshot gives authorized hotel operators a convenient way to view important property information from their existing Lobby PMS data.

With Lobby Snapshot, approved users can:

• View current hotel performance at a glance
• Monitor rooms sold, rooms available, occupancy, and ADR
• Review arrivals, departures, and occupied rooms
• Access current and historical property snapshots
• Switch between authorized hotel properties
• Stay informed while away from the front desk computer

Lobby Snapshot works with the separately installed Lobby Snapshot Connector, which securely reads authorized data from the property’s local Lobby PMS installation and sends it to the mobile dashboard.

An active Lobby Snapshot account, an authorized property connection, and access to the applicable hotel data are required. This app is intended for hotel owners, managers, and other approved team members. It is not a consumer hotel-booking application.

Lobby Snapshot is developed by Grey Ridge Holdings LLC. Grey Ridge Holdings LLC is not the developer, owner, or maintainer of the third-party Lobby PMS software. Users are responsible for confirming that their use of Lobby Snapshot complies with their PMS software license and that they have permission to access and display the connected property data.
