## Description

Hub_ provides mobile warehouse, transport and equipment-management tools for event and equipment-rental teams using Current RMS.
Available modules:

• Check-In Hub
Scan returned equipment and containers, review container contents and check stock back into Current RMS.

• Check-Out Hub
Load a job, allocate and prepare equipment, book items out, build containers and track progress. Includes Free Scan, group locking, subhire details, area colours and bay information.

• Transport Hub
View upcoming delivery and collection schedules, driver and vehicle details, route points, addresses, site contacts and notes. Complete individual transport points and capture signatures or proof photos.

• Handover
Record equipment collections and deliveries against an opportunity. Capture recipient signatures, notes and multiple photographs, with proof saved against the job.

• Stock Check Hub
Create and continue stock checks by store, product, product group or a combination of filters. Scan serialised assets and bulk products, monitor progress and identify missing or uncounted stock.

• Quick Test
Scan equipment, complete its assigned inspection and record the inspector and pass or failure results.

• Where Am I
Search or scan equipment to see which active jobs it is allocated, prepared or booked out to, including its container location.

• Repair Hub
Record equipment faults, create repairs, add progress updates and attach multiple named photographs.

Hub_ works alongside the Hub_ Chrome extension. Administrators can use setup QR codes to configure organisation access, select available modules and restrict Transport Hub to a specific supplier.

An authorised Current RMS account and a setup QR code generated by the Hub_ extension are required.
