## Description

Read board packs, follow meeting agendas, add private notes and annotations, and keep essential papers available offline on iPad.

Tutaki Boards is the iPad companion for directors and company secretaries whose organizations use Tutaki.

Access is by invitation from an organization already set up on Tutaki. Sign in with the account provided by your organization to access the boards and materials you are authorized to view.

PREPARE FOR MEETINGS

- View upcoming and past board meetings.
- Open a published board pack and use its agenda to move between papers.
- Scroll through multi-document packs as one continuous reading flow.

READ AND ORGANIZE DOCUMENTS

- Browse documents shared by your organization.
- Search by file name and filter by document category.
- Open supported PDF documents in a reader designed for focused board work.

MAKE PRIVATE WORKING NOTES

- Highlight selected text.
- Draw with pen or marker tools and adjust color or stroke width.
- Add notes to selected text or to a page, then edit or delete them.
- Keep changes on the device while offline and sync them when connectivity returns.

WORK OFFLINE

Downloaded board papers remain available when you do not have an internet connection. Tutaki automatically syncs authorized meeting and document data when you are back online, and storage controls let you manage downloaded files.

SUPPORT MULTIPLE BOARDS

If your account belongs to more than one organization, you can switch between them from the app sidebar. Each organization remains separate, and you see only the content your account is permitted to access.

Tutaki Boards is intended for existing Tutaki customers. Ask your board secretary or organization administrator if your organization is already set up.
