## Description

Orders land the moment a customer taps Place Order. Run the kitchen queue, verify pickups by QR, take walk-up orders, and see the day's sales without leaving the app.

FoodValve Vendor is the counter-side app for food vendors and caterers operating inside workplace food courts and cafeterias.

If your outlet serves a company's employees through FoodValve, this is where you run it: orders arrive in real time, the kitchen sees what to cook, and customers collect by showing a QR code.

RUN THE COUNTER

• Live orders — new orders arrive instantly with a sound alert. Accept, set a ready time, and mark them ready as you go.
• Kitchen view — a running queue of what needs cooking, grouped so your team can batch similar items.
• QR pickup — scan the customer's pickup code to confirm the right order goes to the right person.
• Walk-up orders — take orders from customers standing at your counter, take payment, and print a receipt without them using the app.
• Receipt printing — connect a Bluetooth thermal printer and print order tickets and customer receipts.

MANAGE YOUR OUTLET

• Menu — add and edit items, prices, photos and variants, and mark items unavailable the moment you run out.
• Opening hours and holidays — set when you are serving, and close for a day without anyone calling you.
• Coupons — run your own discounts for the employees at your site.
• Team and roles — add staff and control what each of them can see and do, from kitchen-only access to full management.

KNOW WHERE YOU STAND

• Daily sales and fulfilment reports — what sold, what was refunded, and how quickly you served.
• Payouts — see what you are owed, request a payout, and track it through to settlement.
• Ratings and reviews — read what customers said about your food, and report a review to our team if it is abusive or not about your outlet.

ACCESS

FoodValve Vendor is not a self-service app. Vendor accounts are created and approved by FoodValve for outlets that operate inside a client company's premises. If your outlet is not yet onboarded, contact us at support@foodvalve.com and we will set you up.
