## Description

Put the phone down and train. The cues keep coming every round, to the second, even with the screen off. Boxing rounds, Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP.

BOXREP is an interval timer for boxing, HIIT and CrossFit-style training.

It does one thing well: it never misses a cue.

Put the phone down, look away, and the beeps and vibrations keep coming —
round after round, to the second.

WHAT YOU CAN BUILD
• Interval sequences — Tabata, boxing rounds, EMOM, HIIT
• AMRAP and For Time, with a round counter you tap as you go
• Warm-up and cool-down that run once, not every round
• Mid-interval cues — a beep every 30 seconds inside a 3-minute round
• Up to 25 intervals per sequence, repeated up to 99 times

WHILE YOU TRAIN
• Numbers big enough to read from across the gym
• Color-coded phases, so you can tell work from rest at a glance
• Screen lock, so a stray touch can't end your session
• Your music keeps playing — it dips for the cue instead of stopping
• An incoming call won't throw it off. The timer holds its place, and cues
switch to vibration until the call ends

AFTER THE SESSION
• Rounds completed and total time, saved automatically
• Weekly totals and streaks, all kept on your device

BUILT FOR RELIABILITY
BOXREP counts from a fixed start time instead of ticking down, so it can't drift.
It keeps running in the background, so the cues stay on time when you jump to your
music app, when the screen locks, or when a call comes in.

Not sure it holds up on your phone? Settings has a 30-second background check
that measures it and shows you the result.

FREE
Everything above is free. No ads. No subscription. No account.

BOXREP Pro is a one-time purchase. It unlocks unlimited advanced sequences and
the benchmark WOD library — Cindy, Fran, Murph and five more, ready to run.
It doesn't expire and it doesn't renew.

PRIVACY
No account. No server. Your presets and history stay on the device.
We collect anonymous counts of how often and how long the timer runs, plus crash
reports, to fix bugs and decide what to build next. None of it is tied to who you
are, and nothing you type — preset names, notes — is ever sent.
