A NOTE ON REQUIREMENTS

Unwind runs on iPhone and iPad.

Transcription uses Apple's on-device speech model, which iOS downloads once. After that it works offline, including in airplane mode. If the model isn't ready yet, Unwind still records, then writes the entry up automatically later.

Automatic titles, transcript clean-up, and summaries use Apple Intelligence and need a compatible iPhone or iPad. Recording, playback, and transcription work without it.
