Choose from 16 cuts across beef, pork, poultry, and fish — brisket, pork shoulder, spare ribs, salmon, and more — dial in your pit temperature and weight, and watch a full stage-by-stage cook timeline compute in real time. Preheat, cook, stall-and-wrap, rest: every window mapped out before the first coal is lit, complete with a "Ready by" finish clock and auto-suggested wood pairings.

Once the fire is hot, follow your cook stage by stage. A coal-glow temperature gauge shows your current internal temp at a glance, a stage timeline marks where you are from pit-on to rest, and a coach banner keeps you steady through the stall. Advance the stage with one tap, finish the cook with another, and the result goes straight to your journal.

The built-in cut reference gives you pit temps, target internals, cook rates, wood pairings, and step-by-step method notes — trim, rub, wrap, and rest — for every cut in the library. Every finished cook lands in your personal journal with a money-shot photo, a six-stat recap, your verdict, and freeform notes for next time. A monthly bar chart turns your sessions into a performance trend you can act on.
