DiveOS runs the day-to-day of a dive center - so the people who run it can spend their time on divers, not paperwork.

Built inside a working dive center on Koh Tao and used on real boats every day, DiveOS brings the whole operation into one place:

REGISTRATION AND LEADS
Customers register from a link or QR code - courses, fun dives and trips, with digital waivers, medical declarations and deposits handled up front. New registrations land in the right person's queue, and staff get notified the moment one arrives.

SCHEDULING AND BOAT LISTS
Drag-and-drop scheduling that keeps the calendar, the boat list and the dashboard in sync. The morning boat list is always current - divers, instructors, gear and equipment checks in one view.

STAFF AND PAYROLL
Instructors see their own jobs, students and pay. Managers see the whole operation - including what each course actually earns.

GEAR, RETAIL AND ACCOUNTING
Equipment checkout and returns, repairs, point of sale, and financial summaries that reconcile - revenue, instructor pay and partner commissions.

DiveOS is for dive-center teams. Signing in requires an account provided by your dive center.

FOR DIVERS: A VERIFIED LOGBOOK
Log every dive and have it verified where it happened - the professional or your buddy scans their agency card, signs, or you photograph their card or the dive centre's stamp. It works whichever agency you trained with: PADI, SSI, SDI/TDI, RAID, NAUI, BSAC or CMAS. Keep all your certification cards in one wallet, book dives with your dive centre, and export a signed logbook PDF or UDDF file whenever you want - your dives stay yours.

Divers can create a free account in the app. Dive-center staff sign in with an account provided by their dive center.
