Record any meeting, lecture, or voice note. Everything runs on-device: transcription with on-device neural models, AI summaries with key decisions and action items, and playback with full-text search. Your audio never leaves your phone unless you choose to send it straight to your Mac or Windows PC.

Don't let big-tech use or sell your data. Clearminutes has no cloud upload, no account, and no telemetry — privacy is a requirement, not a feature.

Clearminutes Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, available as a monthly or annual plan with a 2-week free trial on the annual plan. Pro includes:
• Unlimited AI summaries (the free plan includes 5 per month)
• Auto-summarize — summarize automatically after transcription completes
• Custom summary prompts — tailor summaries with your own instructions
• Summary templates — Standard meeting and Daily standup

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Pricing is shown in the app and may vary by country or region.
