eFAST — Extended Focused Assessment with Sonography in Trauma is an ultrasound training simulator designed for emergency physicians, trauma surgeons, paramedics, and advanced trainees who want to develop or consolidate their eFAST skills.

The app presents 20 cases across four progressive stations, each built around real ultrasound clips. Work through the zones, form your assessment, then reveal expert answers and evidence-based teaching points covering diagnosis, key sonographic findings, and immediate management implications.

What's inside:
— 20 cases spanning haemoperitoneum, pneumothorax, cardiac tamponade, haemothorax, and normal eFAST examinations
— All six eFAST zones per case: RUQ, LUQ, pelvis, cardiac, and bilateral lung views
— Additional clips where relevant, including transverse pelvic views and mid-axillary lung assessment
— Concise expert answers focused on what the eFAST changes clinically
