some feelings are too heavy to just carry around. empt gives them somewhere to go.

it's a small, quiet room with three things in it.

the worry jar - write down what's spinning, screw the lid on, and let the jar hold it for a week, a month, a season. when the time's up, you decide: still true? let it go, or keep it a while longer.

the grief shelf - place something for someone you miss, and visit whenever you like. write them letters and keep them tucked underneath. on their day, a candle gets lit. nothing here asks you to move on.

the anger matchbox - strike a match at what made you angry, watch it burn down, and let the ash go. nothing's saved. nothing's kept.

and luma - a little pocket-lantern who lives in the room and keeps the light on. she's not a coach and she'll never nag. she's just here.

no streaks. no badges. no "you haven't opened me in three days." there's nothing to keep up with, ever - it works the same whether you come by every night or twice a year.
