## Description

Built for dragon boat crews. Paddlers track stroke rate, pace and distance. Coaches watch the boat live and build lineups that sit level.

Dragonlog is a training app for dragon boat crews. Paddlers record their own work, and coaches run the whole boat from the same team.

FOR PADDLERS
• Stroke rate, speed, pace and distance, recorded on your phone.
• Structured workouts with paddle, active rest and rest intervals, with cues so you don't have to look at the screen.
• Start a practice once at the dock. It keeps running between pieces, and your pieces are saved together as one outing.
• Stroke counting keeps working with the screen off and the phone in a dry bag.
• If the app crashes or your battery dies, the session is recovered next time you open it.

FOR COACHES
• See every paddler's time, distance and stroke rate live, from the shore or the boat.
• Build a workout and send it to every phone in the crew at once.
• Count the whole crew down to the same start, so everyone begins together.
• Open any paddler to see their profile and their recent sessions.
• Coaches can also run the team from a web browser.

LINEUPS AND ATTENDANCE
• Schedule practices, and paddlers RSVP from their phones. Check-in locks 24 hours before, so the numbers you plan with hold.
• Auto-fill a seating chart using each paddler's side, position and weight.
• A trim gauge shows whether the boat sits level, and says which way it's heavy.
• When the lineup is released, every paddler sees their seat.

ON APPLE WATCH
• Time, distance, stroke rate and heart rate on your wrist.
• Start a practice or a piece without touching your phone.
• Haptic and audible interval cues, with the last five seconds counted down.

YOUR TEAM, YOUR DATA
• Join with your team's name. No sign-up is needed to get started.
• Belong to more than one team and switch between them.
• Your detailed recordings stay on your phone. Only session summaries are shared with your team.
• Link an email address to keep your history and coach role if you change phones.
