## Description

No news is good news. When your parent picks up their phone, the light in your home screen widget grows a little brighter. No calls, no buttons, nothing to remember.

No news is good news.

Your parent's day sits in a widget on your home screen, as a quiet light.
Every time they pick up their phone, that light grows a little brighter.
They never have to tap anything: using the phone as they always do is how you hear from them.

Nothing for them to do
They install it, agree once, and that's it. No check-in button, no daily prompt to answer. If they ever want to stop, there is exactly one button, and it is the one that disconnects.

What is sent, and what is not
Sent — the times the phone was used, how much battery is left, whether it's charging. That's the whole list.
Not sent — location, which apps were used, photos, contacts, message content. The app has no location feature at all. Detailed records are erased after 30 days.

Built so it doesn't cry wolf
Choose when a quiet stretch is worth telling you about: 6, 12 or 24 hours. Sleeping hours don't count as quiet. And you can tell from the notification itself whether the battery ran out or the day was simply calm.

Your siblings can see it too
One invite code, and you are all looking at the same light.

QuietCheck passes along a check-in signal. It is not an emergency service, and no news does not mean an emergency.
