Turn your Apple Watch and iPhone health data into live Home Assistant sensors — automatically, privately, with no subscription.

HealthSync reads the metrics you choose from Apple Health and sends them straight to your own Home Assistant instance. Nothing else, nobody else — no cloud backend, no account, no third party ever sees your data.

- Sleep, with full stage breakdown (core, deep, REM, awake)
- Workouts — type, duration, distance, calories
- Blood pressure, blood oxygen (SpO2), respiratory rate, blood glucose
- Weight, BMI, body fat %, lean body mass, height, VO2 max, and more — 27 metrics in total

HOW IT WORKS
HealthSync uses HealthKit's background delivery, backed up by a periodic refresh request, so your data syncs automatically without opening the app. Exactly when each sync runs is up to iOS — it schedules background activity based on your usage and battery state, not a fixed interval. Recovering older data? Sync History pulls in months or years of history, typically in a minute or two.

No analytics, no crash reporting, no ads, no third-party servers of any kind. Your health data goes only to the webhook URL you configure yourself. The developer never sees it, stores it, or has access to it.
