## Description

Every set arrives pre-filled with what you lifted last time. No paper plan, no scrolling back through history. Log the set, rest, move on.

LiftMark is a strength-training log built around one idea: when you start a set, you should
already see what you did last time.

Tap a template and your workout is ready — every set pre-filled with the weight and reps from
your last session with that exercise. No paper plan in your gym bag, no scrolling through
history between sets.

IN THE GYM

• Templates for your training plan, including supersets
• Every set shows "last time: 100 kg × 3" right where you need it
• One tap logs a set — the rest timer starts by itself
• Rest timer that survives a locked screen and sends a local notification
• Per-exercise units: kilograms for the barbell, pounds for that one machine
• Weights to two decimal places, for when the plates add up to 16.25 kg
• Library of 107 exercises, plus your own

AFTER THE SET

• Graphs for any exercise: top weight, estimated 1RM and volume over three months, six months,
a year, or everything you have
• Records per exercise: heaviest set, best estimated 1RM, workout and set counts
• Body measurements — weight, body fat, neck to calves, plus height and BMI — and any site you
  add yourself
• Calendar history you can edit, and workouts you can add days later; records recalculate
  immediately
• Weights remembered per template, so your heavy squat day and your light one stop overwriting
  each other
• Optional RIR logging

YOURS, AND ONLY YOURS

No account. No sign-in. No cloud. No analytics, no tracking, no ads. Everything you record stays
in your phone, and the app works with the network switched off. Export the whole thing as a
single JSON file whenever you want a backup.

English and Czech, dark interface, large touch targets, one-handed operation with sweaty fingers
between sets.
