spur is a camera app that catches you mid-scroll and deals you two tiny things to go do instead. point it at wherever you are, your desk, the sofa, the kitchen, the bus, and it reads the actual room. two moves come back. pick one. ten seconds. done.

POINT IT AT WHEREVER YOU ARE
spur takes one look at what's around you and hands you two small moves that fit the place you're actually in. not a generic nudge to "take a break", but something to do with the window, the glass, the door, the floor.

PICK ONE, THE OTHER'S GONE
two cards, sealed. rip one open, the other disappears. no right answer, no streak to protect.

KEEP THE RECEIPT
every move you do prints a little receipt. stash it, bin it, show someone. proof you came back for a second.

THE CLOCK
you want an hour on your phone? that's allowed. tell spur how long first, and a little sitter holds your clock: on the lock screen, in the Dynamic Island, slowly standing up as your time runs out. when it's up, spur properly rings and hands you your move. so the hour doesn't quietly turn into three. change your mind whenever, the button literally says "call it off".

THE DAILY ONE
on the days you never put the phone down at all, you're not going to remember spur exists. so it comes to you: once a day, at a time you pick, one small move lands on your phone.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE PHOTO
spur sends one frame, gets back a description of what's around you, and the photo is deleted straight after. used once. not saved. not judged. never trains any model.
