DAILY FOCUS SCORE
Each day starts at zero. Completing sessions, limiting interruptions and taking regular breaks builds your score. Three sub scores show where your day was strong and where it slipped.

FOCUS SESSIONS
Start a session and put your phone down. The timer keeps running in the background and notifies you the moment it ends, so you never need to check the screen.

INTERRUPTION AND BREAK TRACKING
Record interruptions as they happen and see their effect on your score. Deep also reminds you to take breaks, because sustained focus needs recovery.

GUIDED PROGRESSION
Set a daily session target during onboarding. As you hit your target consistently, Deep offers to raise it.

APPLE WATCH, WIDGETS AND LIVE ACTIVITIES
Start and follow sessions from your wrist, glance at today's score from a widget, and track the running timer from the lock screen.
