## Description

You know that recipe video you saved and never found again? That's what Cookin is for.

Send it a TikTok, a YouTube video, a link, or a photo of a cookbook page, and it comes out the other side as an actual recipe: ingredients, steps, times and servings, saved in your own library. No typing everything out by hand.

It works with pretty much anything:
• Videos shared from TikTok, Instagram or YouTube
• Links to recipe sites (just the recipe, without the life story and the ads)
• Photos of cookbook pages, screenshots and handwritten cards
• PDFs, plain text, or a voice memo of you describing the dish

Cooking from it is the nice part. The screen stays on, timers are one tap away right inside the steps, and if you're cooking for six instead of four, the amounts adjust themselves.

To keep things in order, you can group recipes into cookbooks, tag them, rate them, and search your collection, including searches like "chicken without peanuts". Ingredients go to the grocery list in one tap, where duplicates merge and everything sorts by aisle. The pantry remembers what you already have and warns you when something is about to expire.

There's AI in Cookin too, and it runs on your phone rather than on a server somewhere. It can make a recipe healthier, find a substitute for something you're missing, invent a dinner from what's left in your pantry, or answer questions about your own collection. Tell it about your allergies and preferences once, and it keeps them in mind.

Cookin is free, with no account and no subscription. Your recipes live on your phone and nowhere else, unless you choose to export a backup.
