## Description

48 breathing patterns, a timer that keeps counting with the screen off, and cues you can feel instead of watch. Free — no account, no ads, nothing collected.

Breathe on a rhythm.

brhythm is a breathing timer that counts you through 48 breathwork patterns with cues you can see, hear, and feel — and keeps counting when the screen is off.

Tap QUICK START, pick a pattern, pick a length, breathe. No account, no sign-up, no setup.

WHAT YOU GET, FREE
• 48 patterns in nine categories — calm, sleep, focus, coherence, energy, balance, cooling, sound, and classical pranayama. Box breathing, 4-7-8, coherent breathing, resonance at 5.5, the physiological sigh, Nadi Shodhana, Ujjayi, Bhramari, Kapalabhati, Sitali, and more.
• A tutorial for every one of them — how it goes, where it comes from, what it may help with, and when to skip it.
• A suggested length, pre-filled — each pattern opens with a sensible default dose you can change, in breaths or in minutes.
• Ten curated playlists — Morning Ignition, Deep Focus, Midday Reset, Evening Unwind, Sleep Descent, SOS Calm, Cool Down, Energy Espresso and more. Home suggests one for the hour you opened the app.
• Silence — end a session with timed or open-ended quiet, and a stopwatch that simply keeps going.

CUES YOU CAN USE WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED
Visual, sound, and haptic cues are three independent switches. Turn on all three, or put the phone face down and keep only the vibration: one buzz to inhale, two to exhale, three at a transition. Sessions survive the lock screen, other apps, and phone calls.

A SCREEN THAT GETS OUT OF THE WAY
Pure black, one huge pixel countdown, and the phase you are in. Readable across a room or through half-closed eyes. Nothing pulses for your attention.

NO STREAKS, NO NAGGING, NO TRACKING
No ads, no account, no analytics, no third-party code of any kind. brhythm collects nothing. Your sessions and playlists sync through your own private iCloud, where nobody else — us included — can read them.

ONE PAID FEATURE, SAID PLAINLY
All 48 patterns, every tutorial, Quick Start at any length, and all ten sample playlists are free forever. brhythm+ unlocks exactly one thing: building and remixing your own playlists — chaining patterns and silence into a sequence that changes on a fresh breath. It is free for 7 days from the first playlist you make. After that, playlists you already built stay playable; making new ones needs brhythm+.

brhythm+ is $3.99 per month or $19.99 per year, or $49.99 once for lifetime access — one tier, so a lifetime purchase covers anything that ever lands in it. Prices appear in your local currency in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends, and are managed or cancelled in your Apple Account settings; payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation.

BEFORE YOU START
brhythm is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure anything, and it never replaces advice from a qualified clinician. Patterns with breath holds or fast breathing carry a caution in the app: practise sitting or lying down, never in or near water and never while driving, and stop anything that makes you dizzy or uneasy. Your normal breath is always the safe place to return to.
