Tracking your own medication is always free. Premium only extends the
following features:

• Get notified when they take their medication too
• Send unlimited reminders (free plan allows one per day)
• Get warned when the person you follow is running low

Monthly and yearly subscriptions are available. Payment is charged to your
Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew
automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the
period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account
settings.
