## Description

SONSET is a workout and lesson management app built for gyms, personal
trainers, and anyone training on their own. Trainers assign programs to
their students, schedule lessons, and track progress; students manage
their workouts, lessons, and measurements in one place. You can also use
SONSET without joining any club — create your own programs and track your
workouts and measurements independently.

FOR STUDENTS & SOLO USERS
• Create your own programs and customize them freely
• Log sets, reps, and weights during your workout
• Record body measurements and track progress with charts
• Review your workout history and monthly summary
• Follow programs assigned by your trainer, day by day
• View the lesson calendar and join open group lessons

FOR TRAINERS
• Build a library of template programs and routines
• Assign programs to students with one tap
• Schedule one-on-one and group lessons, set up recurring series
• Take attendance and track participation history
• Record lesson package payments and see outstanding balances
• View a student's programs, measurements, and payment history in one place

CLUB STRUCTURE
Club membership is completely optional — without an invitation code, you
can start using the app right away for personal workout tracking. Join
your club with an invitation code to connect with your trainer. You can be
a member of multiple clubs and receive separate programs from each. Clubs
are fully isolated from one another.

PRIVACY
Your data is visible only to you and the trainer of the club you belong
to. You can permanently delete your account and all of your data at any
time, directly from the app.
