Simply Calm is a private, on-device companion for the moments when anger takes over. It helps you cool down, recognize your patterns and understand what keeps setting you off, all without an account and without your words ever leaving your iPhone.

Simply Calm is a self-help and wellbeing tool. It is not therapy, treatment or diagnosis, and it does not replace professional care.
