Echo is an AI meeting copilot that helps you prepare for meetings, take notes, and turn conversations into useful follow-up.

Before a meeting
• See upcoming meetings in your Calendar Agenda.
• Generate a Precall Brief from relevant context.
• Choose a Meeting Type for the conversation.

During a meeting
• Take notes from your iPhone microphone during in-person meetings.
• Follow a live transcript while Echo captures the conversation.
• Keep recording in the background while you use other apps.
• If live transcription is unavailable, Echo keeps recording locally and retries after connectivity returns.

After a meeting
• Review the Saved Session, transcript, notes, and action items.
• Copy transcripts, notes, summaries, and checklists with one tap.
• Play back meeting audio when audio retention is enabled.
• Ask Echo questions about your meetings and saved knowledge.
• Import an existing recording for transcription and notes.

Echo requires an account. Internet is required for transcription, AI features, and sync, but recording can continue while those services are unavailable. Always get permission from everyone present before recording a meeting.
