SOUND THAT FITS YOU
Match a tone by ear, then use your saved pitch to adjust an optional sound filter. Choose from 12 soundscapes, including white, pink, brown and green noise, rain, ocean and wind. Add rain, waves or a fan to your mix. You can also try gentle pulsing tones. Pitch matching is not a hearing test.

A SOFTER BEDTIME ROUTINE
Play sounds in the background and choose a sleep timer. When the timer ends, your soundscape fades out over five minutes. Keep the volume low and comfortable.

A MOMENT TO RESET
Explore five short SOS exercises, guided breathing and a grounding exercise when you want a calmer moment.

SMALL STEPS, DAY BY DAY
Follow a 30 day program with listening goals and daily check ins. Record how your tinnitus feels, add journal notes and view your weekly listening time and check in streak. Your entries reflect how you feel, not a medical measurement.
