## Description

Fôlego reads the VO2 Max your Apple Watch already estimates automatically —
during outdoor walks or runs — and shows your cardiorespiratory fitness band
right on your watch, in a half-circle gauge that shares the same visual
language as the native UV Index and Air Quality complications.

HOW IT WORKS
No sign-up, no login, nothing to type in. Fôlego reads three pieces of
information that already exist in the Health app — VO2 Max, date of birth,
and biological sex — and automatically calculates which of 6 bands (from Very
Low to Superior) your cardio fitness falls into, using the same reference
standard as the American College of Sports Medicine guidelines.

ON YOUR WATCH
• A Summary screen with the gauge and your current band
• A history chart of the last several months
• Complications for analog and digital watch faces (Modular, Infograph,
  Compass, and more), across circular, corner, rectangular, and inline
  families
• Updates on its own whenever Health logs a new estimate

PRIVACY
Health access is read-only — Fôlego never writes or modifies anything. There's
no account and no server: everything it calculates stays on your own iPhone
and Apple Watch. No analytics, no tracking, no ads.

The iPhone app exists only to grant Health permission — Fôlego is, first and
foremost, an Apple Watch app.

Requires Apple Watch Series 4 or later (latest watchOS) and at least one VO2
Max estimate already recorded in Health.
