## Description

Monitor every DNS server, investigate queries, control blocking, build dashboards and receive privacy-safe alerts, directly from your devices.

DNS Observatory is a private monitoring and administration app for compatible Pi-hole v6 DNS servers.

See live and historical queries, blocking, clients, health, latency and component versions. Switch between multiple saved instances or compare them from one overview. Build dashboards with KPI, line, bar, donut and table widgets.

Search and page through query history without loading an unbounded log. Filter by domain, client, type and status, then perform supported allow or deny actions.

Manage blocking, domains, groups, clients, subscribed lists, configuration, DHCP, network details, diagnostics, logs, Teleporter backups and documented administrative actions.

Create threshold and recovery alerts. Put selected statistics in Home Screen widgets. Background monitoring is best effort because iOS may suspend scheduled work.

DNS Observatory connects directly to your server without a vendor cloud account. Credentials stay in protected device storage, and Review Mode lets you explore rich fictional data before connecting.

Requires an existing compatible Pi-hole v6 installation. DNS Observatory is independent and unofficial; it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pi-hole LLC.
