Plan and complete guided workouts, create custom routines, follow set and rest timers, and keep your history organized in one place. Choose on-device coach voices and play music from your Apple Music library during workouts. Compatible Apple Watch workouts can be handed off to Apple’s Workout app for heart rate, active calories, and elapsed time.

Track meals and progress with food search, barcode scanning, food-photo review, calorie and macro goals, water, weight, measurements, sleep, steps, and daily check-ins. Optional read-only Apple Health sync can import approved fitness and smart-scale data.

Stay connected through community posts, comments, challenges, leaderboards, live workouts, and saved replays. Share progress from your device, adjust notification preferences, and save workouts for areas with unreliable internet.

Diamond AI Coach subscribers can request personalized workout and meal plans based on their goals and preferences. AI suggestions are educational and should be reviewed before use.
