Scrollworthy blocks the apps that eat your day — social, games, video — and turns real, verified effort into the minutes you spend on them. Twenty minutes at the gym buys forty minutes of guilt-free scroll. You set the rate.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose what to block. Apps one by one, or a whole category in one tap, new installs included.
2. Choose what pays. A workout, ten thousand steps, a focused hour, an hour at the library.
3. Do the thing. Your phone confirms it, and the minutes land.

PROOF, NOT PROMISES
Every goal is checked by something other than your own word:
• Apple Health — steps, workouts and exercise minutes, counted in the background
• Location — arrive at your gym and the session credits itself, leave and it closes
• NFC tag or printed QR code — scan the thing where the effort actually happens
• Timed sessions with surprise photo checks
• App time — time spent inside a learning app, or time spent away from a distracting one

DAILY LIMITS
Give each app or category a free allowance. When it runs out the app locks, unless you spend earned minutes or use an "I'm not scrolling" pass. That pass gets shorter every time you take it, so it answers a message without swallowing an evening.

STRICT MODE
Turning blocking off takes 24 hours to take effect. Long enough that the urge passes first. That delay is the entire point.

FIFTEEN ROUTINES, READY TO RUN
Gym, running, cycling, reading, meditation, revision, deep work, writing, prayer, housework, language practice, no-social mornings. One tap installs the goal and the limits that go with it.

WHAT YOU GET BACK
A balance that expires at midnight, a streak worth keeping, weekly points and levels, and a chart of where the time actually went.

PRIVACY
Scrollworthy uses Apple's Screen Time API. Your app names and your exact usage never leave your iPhone: they are drawn by an Apple system extension that the app itself cannot read. No account. No sign-up.

SUBSCRIPTION
Scrollworthy Premium is available yearly, weekly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Free trials are offered where noted at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
