Empliora is the employee companion app for workplaces that run on Empliora, the UK workforce and HR platform. If your employer uses Empliora, sign in with the Empliora ID and password they gave you to manage your working life from your phone.

Your rota, always with you
See your upcoming shifts at a glance, know exactly when and where you are working, and check the week or month ahead.

Clock in and out
Start and end your shifts from your phone. Where your employer uses location check-in, the app confirms you are on site so your hours are recorded accurately.

Book time off
Request holiday or other leave in seconds, see how many days you have left, and track whether a request is pending or approved.

Payslips
View and download your payslips whenever you need them, no need to ask the office.

Stay in the loop
Get workplace announcements and important updates, and message your manager directly through the app.

Right to work and documents
Where needed, submit your share code and keep your key documents in one place.

Notifications
Get notified about new shifts, approved time off, messages and reminders so nothing slips through.
