## Description

Estimate the sphere power of glasses you already own, and measure your pupillary distance — a quick reference before you buy readers or reorder online.

RxLens helps you read the numbers off glasses you already own — so you can reorder, buy a matching cheap pair, or check a lens before you shop.

Two tools, both on-device:

READ LENS POWER
Photograph your glasses over a dot grid and RxLens estimates the sphere power (e.g. -1.25 or +2.00) of a single-vision lens. Print the built-in target, or use graph paper or an on-screen grid — the reading is a ratio, so any regular pattern works. Auto mode reads the lens when you tap it; Manual mode lets you place the points yourself. Measure each eye separately, take three readings for a tighter average, and calibrate against a lens you already know for best results.

MEASURE YOUR PD
Your pupillary distance — the gap between your pupils in millimetres — is measured directly with the TrueDepth camera. It's the number almost every online glasses order asks for, and you get left, right, and total.

SAVE & SHARE
Keep a labelled record of each pair with a photo, and copy or share a reading with your optician or into a shopping cart.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no sign-up, no analytics, no network calls. Every measurement and photo stays on your iPhone.

WHAT IT'S FOR — AND WHAT IT ISN'T
RxLens works best on readers and simple single-vision lenses. It does not read astigmatism (cylinder/axis), progressives, or bifocals, and it is not an eye exam. All results are estimates for buying reference only — RxLens is not a medical device. Confirm anything important with an optician.
