Eligible new subscribers can start with a 3-day free trial; a purchase is required to continue after the trial. One subscription covers the whole family, including invited co-parents. You set one daily schedule and time budget. Playful Pause keeps to it everywhere your child plays: iPhone and iPad with Apple Screen Time and Family Controls, Windows PCs with a companion app, and Nintendo Switch. One plan, every screen, managed from your phone.

When time runs low, your child sees a gentle wind-down shaped with input from a child psychologist. A few slow breaths, a friendly transition prompt, and a positive streak that rewards stopping on time. Ending screen time turns into a routine the whole family can live with.
