## Description

Ticket Flow simplifies task management with tickets, client communication, and Kanban boards — everything you need in one clean workspace.

Ticket Flow is a ticketing and project panel for agencies, studios and teams that work with clients. Keep every fix, idea and question in one place — instead of losing them across emails, chats and notes.

Every request looks like a ticket: number, status, priority and category are visible at a glance. Your client creates a request with a description and a photo, you change the status, and the whole conversation lives in a thread on the ticket.

WHAT TICKET FLOW DOES:
• Projects with covers and counters of open / done tickets
• Ticket-style requests: statuses (new, in progress, unclear, on hold, deferred, done, rejected), priorities and categories
• Comment thread on every ticket + photos (camera or gallery)
• Goals and deadlines with a countdown
• Deadline calendar — tickets and goals in one view
• Project releases — share files and links with the client, see who downloaded
• Workspaces and archive to organize projects
• Roles: admin (an isolated panel of your own) and client (sees only their projects)
• Push notifications for new tickets, comments and deadlines
• Three languages: Polish, English, Russian
• Dark, fast, minimalist interface
