## Description

Break up with your chair. (Just for 15 minutes. It's not you, it's ergonomics.)

ChairBreak is a ridiculously simple sit/stand timer that nags with love — no exercises, no streaks, no breathing coach, no calorie math. Just SIT or STAND, in big friendly letters, at the times you choose.

HOW IT WORKS
Pick how long you sit (20, 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes) and how long you stand (5, 10, 15, 20, or 30 minutes). Set your work hours and the days you work. That's it — set it once, and ChairBreak takes it from there.

REMINDERS YOU CAN TRUST
ChairBreak's reminders are scheduled ahead of time, so they arrive on schedule even when the app is closed — including the very first reminder of your workday. Each notification's action button matches the direction ("I'm up!" to confirm you stood, "Back down" to confirm you sat), and you can confirm or snooze right from the lock screen or your watch.

WORK HOURS, NOT ALL HOURS
ChairBreak only nags during the work window and days you set. Evenings and weekends are yours.

BREAK MODE
Stepping out for a walk or lunch? Break Mode pauses reminders for 30, 60, or 90 minutes — longer than a quick snooze, shorter than turning the app off. End it early or let it run out; either way, a fresh cycle picks up right where it should.

BUILT FOR REAL LIFE
Reminders stay anchored to your local time zone, even after you travel, and follow your device's 12- or 24-hour clock setting automatically.

No accounts. No sign-up. No ads. Just a timer that keeps you moving.
