## Description

**Habits First** helps you reduce screen time by blocking distracting apps until you complete your daily habits. Set goals such as walking, working out, meditating, reading, learning with Duolingo, or using a Pomodoro timer, then unlock selected apps when your goals are finished.

The app supports Apple Health, Apple Watch, WHOOP, Garmin, Oura, meditation apps, Apple Shortcuts, schedules, locations, widgets, and commitment locks. It requires no account and has no subscription—the core features are free forever, with optional one-time access to additional integrations. Habits and blocks can also be synced across devices with an optional account.
