## Description

Colour is how apps hook you. Tick keeps it for facts, not rewards. No ads, no tracking, no engagement mechanics. Your journal stays on the phone.

Tick is a daily loop, not a habit list. You start by naming who you want to be in ten years — that becomes a small set of daily habits, a journal, and a Today tab that keeps the loop visible.

It's built for people who've tried digital minimalism, deleted the apps, and come back. Tick doesn't compete for your attention. No streak flames, no reward colours — colour is for facts, not rewards. No ads, no tracking, no notifications engineered to pull you back in. Just what you need to see today.

What it does:

Habits you check off and graduate over time, so the list doesn't grow forever. A calendar shows which days you showed up, and lets you fill in a missed day within three. A journal with a science-backed prompt each day, analyzed on your device and never sent anywhere. Search everything you've written by word, place or date. Optional city on an entry, when you ask. Mark up to three standout entries a month, so the mark still means something. Stats built from your real entries: streaks, weekly completion, mood trends. Not fake wellness numbers.

Reminders run on your terms. Set the time and the weekdays yourself, or leave them off.

Everything stays on your phone. There's no account server, no sync, no way for anyone but you to read what you write. Sign in with Apple or skip it entirely — Tick works the same either way.
