## Description

Some people remember what they benched last week. The rest of us load the same weight as last month. Coach.AI remembers for you and builds your next week from your logs.

There are two kinds of people at the gym. Some remember exactly what they benched last week. The rest of us nod confidently and load the same weight we used a month ago. I built Coach.AI for the second group, because I was a loyal member of it for a long time.

The idea is simple: you train, and the plan remembers. You log weight and reps between sets, and those numbers shape your next week. If the week went well, the weight goes up, and if it was a rough one, the plan eases off. When life gets in the way and you miss three days, ask your coach to map out an easy way back in.

Getting started

It all starts with a short questionnaire about your goal, your experience, how many days a week you can train, and what you have to work with. A fully stocked gym, home workouts with a pair of dumbbells, or just a pull-up bar at the park: your strength training plan works with any of them. You pick your training days, and your age is factored into the whole plan, because a squat at twenty and a squat at sixty are not quite the same lift. A few minutes later, your first week is ready, laid out day by day.

At the gym

Open the app and today's workout is already waiting. You warm up, work through your sets with a suggested weight for each one, rest with a built-in timer, and cool down at the end. If an exercise is new to you, the library has 400 of them with video demos, muscle maps, and form tips. And if the machine is taken or your knee has strong opinions today, you can ask your coach for a swap right in the middle of your workout.

What happens next

When the week is done, you generate the next one, and Coach.AI builds it from your logs and how you have been feeling. Progress is tracked for each exercise on its own, so your bench can climb faster than your squat, and that is perfectly fine.

Once you are past the beginner stage, every fourth week is lighter by design, so your body has time to recover. And if you show up worn out and grinding through several workouts in a row, that lighter week comes early. Beginners usually do not need these breaks yet, because the first months do not build up that much fatigue. At the end of the program there is a test day, so you can see in real numbers how much stronger you have actually gotten.

The progress screen shows your volume, streaks, and personal records. Every session stays in your workout log with its weights and reps, so six months from now you will have proof of where it all started.

Also in the app

• Quick workouts for the days when a full session just is not happening
• Custom plans, if you would rather write your own weeks (Premium)
• Your Room for winding down in the evening, with a breathing exercise and a few simple games
• Levels that reward consistent training with bonus .AI generations
• Dark mode, because some of us train at 6 a.m.

What it costs

Your first week on the .AI plan is free, so you can train, log your sets, and see how it all works. You can also generate week two and preview what is coming. Premium unlocks the weeks that follow, built from your logs, plus custom plans, quick workouts after week one, and full editing.

There are monthly and annual plans, and the annual plan comes with a free one-week trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage it in Settings by tapping your name and then Subscriptions. The .AI generations that come with a subscription refresh every billing period, and unused ones do not roll over.

Coach.AI offers training guidance, not medical advice. If something really hurts, see a doctor first and the gym second.

Happy lifting,
Serj
