## Description

Log meals, bowel movements, and symptoms in seconds. Spot patterns over time and hand your doctor a clean report. Everything stays on your phone.

GI Track is a private, on-device diary for your digestion. Log meals (with your own food tags), bowel movements on the Bristol scale, symptoms with severity, and the medications or supplements you take — each in a few taps.

Over time, GI Track surfaces gentle, honest patterns: which foods tend to be *followed by* which symptoms, how your week compares to the last, and which foods rarely show up near a flare. It never claims one thing "caused" another — only what you logged, and how much data supports it.

When it's time for an appointment, generate a clean PDF report — counts, a Bristol distribution, your medications, and the observed associations — to share with your doctor.

Private by design. There is no account and no cloud. Everything you log stays on your phone until you choose to export it. You can back up or delete all your data at any time.

Features
 • Fast logging: meals, BMs (Bristol scale), symptoms, medications & supplements
 • Your own custom food tags and symptom types
 • Pattern insights that stay non-causal and show their sample size
 • Doctor report as a shareable PDF, with a selectable date range
 • Daily reminder, dark mode, full VoiceOver support
 • Local backup & restore; delete-all whenever you want

GI Track is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device, and does not provide diagnoses or medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician.
