## Description

The time clock for the tablet at your entrance: employees punch in and out with their code – with receipt, recent punches and offline mode. German and English.

VidiClock Terminal turns a tablet or smartphone into the shared time clock for your business – at the entrance, by the register or in the staff room.

Punching in takes seconds: type the 4-digit punch code, pick an action, done. The terminal only offers the actions that currently make sense – clock in, clock out, break start or break end – and confirms every punch with an easy-to-read receipt.

FEATURES

• Kiosk-style keypad: big buttons, clear display, automatic return to code entry
• Context-aware actions: depending on the current status, only sensible actions are offered (e.g. no break before clocking in)
• Personal overview after entering the code: name, current status (present, on break, absent) and the most recent punches
• Offline mode: no connection? Punches are stored locally and submitted automatically later – nothing gets lost
• Multiple terminals per company: each device signs in with its own terminal name (e.g. "front desk", "kitchen")
• Bilingual: German and English, switchable right on the terminal
• Light and dark theme

VidiClock Terminal is part of VidiClock, the simple time tracking and shift planning solution for small and medium-sized businesses. Punched times go straight into your company's VidiClock account: working hours, breaks and hour accounts are calculated automatically and managed conveniently on the web. Employees see their hours and schedules in the separate "VidiClock Employee" app.

The app is free. Signing in requires a VidiClock company account and a terminal login – your business can learn more and become a customer at vidiclock.com.
