Battle Buddies turns your real-world healthy habits into a pixel-art RPG.

Your buddy earns XP when you actually do things: lift weights and your Strength climbs, go for a run and Endurance grows, read a book for Intelligence, meditate for Wisdom. Workouts, steps, stand time, mindful minutes, and sleep flow in automatically from Apple Health (with your permission) — and the honor-system quick log covers what sensors can't see, like reading or practicing a skill.

• Pick a class — Warrior, Ranger, Mage, or Monk — and the same habits build a different hero
• Daily streaks with a weekly rest-day shield: consistency beats bingeing
